About Us
The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay is available for intimate weddings and receptions up to 30 guests. Intimate Weddings are booked a maximum of six (6) months and a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the wedding date and are hosted Monday through Thursday based upon availability.

The Ritz-Carlton Intimate Wedding Coordination Services Include:

•Coordination of Ceremony Location (Outdoor or Indoor, based upon availability)
•Coordination of Flowers with Floral Vendor
•Coordination of Photography with Photography Vendor
•Coordination of Wedding Cake Delivery with Wedding Cake Vendor
•Coordination of Lunch or Dinner menus in Navio (based upon availability)
•Coordination of One Night’s Accommodations in a Deluxe Room
•Coordination of discounted group room blocks (for 10 or more rooms per night), based upon availability
Additional wedding enhancements may include a Ritz-Carlton Signature Massage, Golf, or Wedding and Bridal Amenity packages. These items in addition to Ceremonial Music, Officiant and/or Videography services are quoted separately by your Ritz-Carlton Wedding Specialist.

Should you require guestroom accommodations for a minimum of ten (10) or more rooms per evening, please contact your Catering Sales Manager for further details and special Wedding rates. Guest room accommodations are subject to resort availability
